Cabu on the mend

Some of you will remember us telling you about Cabu whilst we were on furlough.  He had an operation on his leg just before we went away as he had broken it over a year ago and it had not been set correctly and he had been left unable to walk.  Cabu is now doing really well.  His knee is still swollen but he can now put his foot on the ground.  We have been told that he will walk again....which is so amazing and we are so thankful to God.  He now has physio therapy sessions with Lydia twice a week which are painful but in the long run will be worth it.  Cabu is a brave boy and always puts on a brave face and a big smile despite his pain.  We are really excited as this month Cabu will get a new house thanks to someone sponsoring him and his family a new home.  We are so so thankful to God for this as this family are one of the poorest families we have met and are so special that to see them living in a home that will keep them dry is a miracle and a blessing that they will remember for a long time!  What an incredible gift to give....Thank you Lord!
